The Montana Healthcare Foundation (MHCF) is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Montanans and to increasing the effectiveness and accessibility of healthcare for people across the state. MHCF is headquartered in Bozeman. With assets of more than $150 million, MHCF is Montana’s largest health-focused philanthropic organization. Through strategic investments in research, policy, convening, capacity building, grants, and other activities, MHCF works with a variety of public and private partners to address the health needs of Montana’s diverse, mostly rural population of just over a million people.

MHCF is recruiting an Administrative Assistant who will work in a small office environment and will provide administrative support to multiple Program Officers. He/she will also be responsible for general office and reception desk administration to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of MHCF. He/she must be exceptionally well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a clientele of diverse individuals. Three years experience in office administration required. A combination of education and experience may be substituted for the experience requirement.
