Price Klaas is Montana Healthcare Foundation’s Office Administrator. Born and raised in the Gallatin Valley, Price loves everything about Montana – our neighbors, communities, culture, landscapes and activities. Price brings 12 years of nonprofit and public sector experience to the Foundation, including working for Child Care Connections, Gallatin County, Montana State University and the Bozeman Schools Foundation. After completing her Bachelors of Science – Family and Consumers Sciences, with a focus on Family Science, at Montana State University, Price served as an AmeriCorps VISTA with Thrive’s Girls for a Change program. This experience lead her to a fulfilling 5-year tenure as the Operations Manager at The Traveling School. The opportunities Price experienced in her capacity as Operations Manager reaffirmed her passion for the nonprofit sector which inspired her to delve deeper into the crazy world of nonprofit administration. In December 2016, Price received a Masters of Public Administrator – Nonprofit Administration degree from the University of Montana.
Price loves how Montana Healthcare Foundation’s mission and her role in the organization align her two professional passions, healthy individuals and families with nonprofit accountability and sustainability. Price believes that nonprofits fill a vital role in our society by improving quality of life and is excited to help MHCF in its unique position to improve the health and wellbeing of all Montanans.
