The Integrated Behavioral Health for ADLC Project

Project Term: 24 months; 2019-2021
Grant Amount: $100,000

This project will work to implement integrated behavioral health throughout Anaconda Community Hospital’s (ACH) primary care system in Anaconda and Butte. As a part of this project, ACH will build a strong network of community partners who will work together to reduce the stigma associated with behavioral health and remove barriers for those in need of care. Ultimately, the project’s goal is to improve the health of the community by providing comprehensive primary and behavioral health care by a coordinated team. Grant funding will be used to hire a behavioral health clinician, and training and technical assistance will be provided by the National Council for Behavioral Health. Partners include the Western Montana Community Mental Health Center and the Anaconda-Deer Lodge Public Health Department.
