The Montana Healthcare Foundation’s Chief Operations Officer, Ted Madden, will be retiring from his position at the end of the year.

Ted joined the organization in 2013 as its second employee and founding chief operations officer. He has played many pivotal roles over the years, some of which included building the organization’s operations from the ground up, implementing gold standard financial and accounting procedures, bringing on a quality and cohesive staff, incubating and implementing the Housing is Health Care Initiative, and establishing an organizational culture of friendliness and comradery.

The remarkable qualities of leadership, creativity, and collaboration that Ted brought to his role helped shape the Montana Healthcare Foundation into the organization it is today. We will miss him and wish him all the best in his future adventures and endeavors!
