Updating Personal Information
You can update your preferences or unsubscribe by clicking the ‘Preferences’ or ‘Unsubscribe’ links that are included in all emails. You can also update your information or stop receiving emails from us by contacting us with your changes. Please note that by unsubscribing you are opting out of receiving any future email blasts from us including newsletters and grant-related updates.
We will not sell your personal information. We do not contract with any advertising or marketing agencies to gather individual or group profile data on our visitors based on personal profiles. We do not target for-profit advertising to visitors.
When doing business with or applying for a grant from MHCF, we ask you to provide information including your name, address, contact information, and organization and/or company details. This information is gathered in a secure, encrypted form in SmartSimple, our grants management system. This information is collected so we can determine your funding eligibility, incorporate you into our system as a grantee, contact you with reminders and updates, and make grant and services payments. Your contact information will also be collected in our email lists so that we can send you Foundation updates. By providing this information, you agree to receive updates from MHCF.
